received phone message 4/23/24 4:08pm: “Attempting to serve order to appear in court re :preliminary investigation against your social and active assets. For further information or to change status of this lawsuit call our firm at 888-270-9142” (called ID showed the call from UPC Services, 276-244-6674)
Did not return call. Investigated this # on line and found the same info provided from various #s to many others in other states. Obvious scam. Hope no one falls for it.
