Scam Description
A lady named Caroline Franklin called my brother’s phone and left a message. Im guessing they found that on google. He sent me a recording of the message. She stated that she was from “Division Processing Department” and left a number. I called and she starts asking me a bunch of questions trying to get me to confirm my identity. Asking me for my social as well (which i didn’t confirm). She said there was a civil suit against me. I asked her for what and who is the creditor. She would not tell me unless i verified my social. This is very much a scam!
