Scam Description
I received a phone call stating that there was a suspicious order placed on my account in the amount of $700+. She wanted to know if anyone else had access to my Amazon account or any device that I own. I told her no. She then asked me if I had any of my devices with me at that time. I told her I only had my phone. She then asked if my phone was an android or iPhone. I didn’t answer her. Because I was very suspicious of the phone call, I then told her that I would have to call back later and asked for a phone number in which to reach them. At that point, she immediately ended the call. The phone number that showed up on my caller ID was from my local area code (715-470-0653).
