Scam Description
Yesterday I was online searing for free legal advise or lawyers for my son. Referral service for an attorney. Legal Connection came up in my Google search. I called them at 800-269-7170. I do not have their address. The man that answered requested $1.90 to send the list. I provided my debit card number. They were to send the list of attorneys right away. I never received it the list. He was also trying to get me to agree to take an additional $19.99 a month out of my checking account. He was trying to get me say yes. I said no. This was for a free gift card for restaurants. I felt uncomfortable. Why should I have to pay if something is free. I said no. I wanted to cancel. I hung up. He called me back from phone number 619-658-7943. He was very rude to me. Insulted me. I said to cancel. He said you don’t tell me what to do. He also said I got you now. I hung up. I contacted my bank.
