Scam Description
I received the card on my mail box and quickly figured it out that it was a scam. I made the call to corroborate my doubts. The person on the other side of the phone had a strong Indian accent, besides his voice I could hear how some of his colleagues speak with other potential customers like me. He performed the way I thought by asking me to pay 3.49 USD for my subscription and mailing fees.
