Scam Description
I received an email from “David Garcia” saying that my “GEEKSQUAD Protection Plan has been renewed for fiscal year 2022-2023. I called the number 808-444-7536 and I get a lot of confusing information. He logged on to my screen and wanted me to have him access my bank accounts. He repeated said that it was a “hidden transaction.” VERY fishy. I told him I think it is a scam to which he replied, “Did I sleep with you?’ This is a serious fraud and I am quite concerned. They said they charged me $399.00. Please look into this. Thank you.
