Scam Description
Company claims to provide on-demand, custom data for marketing. For 497$ per month we could request up to 1000 records, customized for the type of contacts we wanted. Company failed to provide data in the first month. We inquired and received promise after promise that the team was working on the request. We eventually received some portion of the data after several more weeks; however, the data didn’t have the customized information we requested and had a significantly high percentage of invalid email and phone numbers. For the third month, we received no data at all. Company offered a 75% refund, repeatedly stated a refund was issued, then weeks later admitted it wasn’t issued. So, we are without data and without the $1491 refund.
