Scam Description
Reffered to by this mechanic, over charged me for a diagnosis then admitted to his family member that he got me for the diagnosis incase I don’t call for the job. Had a business shirt made, with the logo “J & M mobile” on it, seemed really legit. Says he’ll be back to fix my car the following day, but told my husband he got the wrong car parts he’d need to order them if we can send the money for the parts and labor he’d be available right away, after the money is sent, he tried to ask if we knew anyone who smoked cause he was selling drugs. He then told me he sent someone to my house to “seal” a gasket when I was told my sway bar links needed to be replaced and thermostat was leaking. Why would you send someone without my knowledge to my house when I paid you? Proceeds to not answer me, he told me he was in the hospital. I found out he’s currently being sued for scamming other people on their cars. We seen him at the store yesterday, I have video footage of him threatening to hit my aunt, to not provide service or pay me back. This man is a fraud.
