Scam Description
I purchased 2 items from this Facebook advertiser, Annaletters. I received the items, but wanted to return 1. I visited their website to find the Refund policy/address. The policy https://www.annaletters.com/pages/return-refund-policy?spm=..page_819981.footer_1.1&spm_prev=..page_820013.footer_1.1 states to email sales@annaletters.com for the return address so I did. The company emailed back not providing the address, but suggesting I give the sweatshirt to someone else as it would be “too expensive” to return for me. I emailed back 3 additional times and was told similar things such as to donate the shirt or find a family member, but still refusing to even provide the address in order to see for myself if it was too expensive to ship. I asked for a refund or the address and it will not be given. I feel this is very deceitful and illegal given their own policy. Seems like a scam.
