Scam Description
Thaught I was on garmin to down load maps could not get it to down load and I contactacted garmin to try to down load the maps when someone contacted me went into computer to fix the problem for free the said I had virus and Trojans on it said I could buy the firewall and virus protection for life worked on the computer for several house it was late so contintued the next day to fix the problem when I happen to see on bbb that this was a fraud. So I called the credit card company now can’t get a replacement card because I can not get emails or text messages.
