Scam Description
He requested that I use my credit or debit card for the rental fee on the vehicle and he has his system setup so you don’t have to push in a pen number or sign it with the pin on the card slideer so he can collect money on the card at any time he chooses. And does not tell you this upfront and of course when I called him about when I got texts from my bank he went on the defensive and kept saying no one else had ever said anything about his business practices and I thought I would notify you about the practices.
