Scam Description
I made a stupid impulse buy off fb for a potable bug zapper for camping ordered 1 put my debit card in and got error message saying failed my visa debit doesnt usually work online so I tried my credit card think nothing of it. Got the same message so tried to process one more time at Which point I got a text from the bank of fraud alert. My debit card got charged for 70$ then they tried for 120$. My credit card they tried four times all different amounts till finally 174 went through then they tried another two more times. I got a receipt for the 174$ and their sending me 4 instead of the one I actually ordered and the 70 is just gone tried saying the 70 was the single with the three pack but the receipt clearly say 174 for 3 pack plus the one. When I tried emailing them to cancel everything they wrote back saying they’d be happy to guide me through return process but has yet to do so and on their web page the returns button just routes you back to the purchase page.
