Scam Description
The scammers are calling the customers and telling that our company is no longer in business and the service contract is not valid anymore and thus initiating a full refund to all the customers. The scammers somehow convince the customers, ask them to share the remote access of the computer and open their bank accounts to show them the refunded transaction. After that the scammers show them a greater amount than the actual transaction amount that was promised by them to return, Finally the customer was asked to pay the difference back to them as it was a system error due to which more amount was transferred to their bank accounts and they ask them to pay either by bank transfer or via gift cards. For more information on this matter I would like to provide you the number from which they are calling ,+1(940) 228-3872,+1(469)581-2085,+1(910)978-7859 and also asking the customers to call back on the number i.e. +1(860) 576-8946 on they have the gift cards ready. Kindly take the necessary action ASAP in order to stop this scam as it is affecting our business reputation and also causing financial losses to our customers.
