Scam Description
We purchased a 2008 Honda CRV and took it to a mechanic. It was illegally sold without a catalytic converter and was signed by Billis Auto Owner stating it had a catalytic converter. We purchased new tires and replaced the brakes before finding this out. The flywheel was missing along with some Drive Shaft bolts. This car was sold and was not even safe to drive. We took the car back and returned it. The seller refunded only the purchase price and then relisted it for 1500 more than the original price. Buyers beware of this scam salesperson/dealer. He is dishonest and is working with Billis Auto Center in Orlando.
