Scam Description
Selling consumer products online with 100% money back guarantees. Website claims they are based in the United States, their terms of serlvice say UK. Return address on pkg is Canada, address provided to me to ship my return is Wuhan, China. There is no physcal address for the company listed on the contact us page and no telephone number provided.
The product was misrepresented and not usable. I paid $29.99 for the item and approx $10 for shipping. They offered me $14 back because was not happy. If i didnt accept the $14 then i can ship the item back for a full refund. Shipping cost to China is $30
