Scam Description
I couldn’t get into my email so I went to a Google search and VROOT came up and I clicked on I called the number and was told I couldn’t get into my account because it had been hacked. Was going to put me over to the anti hacking team and the gentleman said he would take care of it. Was told account had been compromised and I verified all my personal information. Was told to buy Apple gift cards from Meijer, Target, CVS, Walmart, Dollar General, Total amount of money I spent was $5000 for all gift cards.
