Scam Description
Believe that fraud is being preformed within the company, as well as discrimination.
Reason being reported- as soon as you enter the building employees are asked to log in under false information. Literally asked to pick a random name to log in under, then asked to enter self as a volunteer. This is (definitely the first company) I’ve worked for that doesn’t keep accurate employee information. Also was told that $1000 sign on bonus would be given, bonus never received. Was also told pay wage would be $19hr , also false information. Was never notified of the matter, and didn’t find out the pay difference until I personally checked payroll information myself.
Discrimination accusations are base on New management with lack of experience and doesn’t even keep proper documentation of things necessary for proper medical records. Till this day, the proper training needed has not been provided to the manager. The employees are more knowledgeable about what is required. Some employees also have seniority and have even applied for the position, yet it was denied. There is a major (FIGURE it out) attitude amongst the management.
These are just a few major red flags I noticed about the company.
