Scam Description

My name is Jessica Brown. I met Brittany Frymyer on a Facebook group for Corgi puppies. I began speaking to her at the end of November 2022. The pick up date for the puppy would be January 17, 2023. On her first message it was said the puppy would be akc registered. I was required to make a $125 deposit. I spoke to her for months and made payments. She set up a deal with me if I paid early whatever I paid that amount would be doubled toward my balance. I asked her multiple times if there was a specific time she needed to meet on pickup day. She kept saying anytime. I drove three hours and she left me waiting at a McDonald’s for two hours. Her mother finally brought the puppy. The puppy was so dirty and had fleas. I was supposed to get a puppy pack with the puppy vet information and registration papers and did not get it. I mess her for a week after asking for the papers I need. She kept saying she mailed them. She is now saying the puppy’s mothers registration is not complete so now I can’t AKC register my puppy. This has been an awful experience. I hope something is done about this women. She does not need to be able to breed animals. Thank you for your time.
