Scam Description
Received email stating Norton antivirus was renewed for —
Norton life lock antivirus for $858.98 for 2 years.
Phone number on invoice. I call phone #8885859401. Man answers, says I can be refunded immediately as soon as I fill out the form request. Will help me access the form request.

Anydesk is a remote access to my computer and all access to anything on my computer.
AnyDesk is a remote desktop application-distributed by AnyDesk Software GmbH. The proprietary software program provides platform independent remote access to
personal computers and other devices running the host application. It offers remote control, file transfer, and VPN functionality.
I immediately recognized this and said to email me the form for reimbursement. He stated he could only get the form by opening, “ANYDESK” . At this time I said there has been no money deducted from my bank account – he replied it just hasn’t posted yet it will be coming out and that I will need to use this form to refund or stop the transfer.
I then hung up.
