Scam Description
This website began charging me a monthly subscription without me having agreed to one and without me ever having created an account with them. I had to pretend to have a forgotten password to get a reset password sent to my email in order to sign in to their website. There, it had posted invoices to my account and although it’s subscription service was described as “no commitment” there is no way to cancel a subscription on their website.
The only way to get in touch with them is to use their “contact us” page, where you submit a field form request, but receive no paper trail of your request. I had done this multiple times over the course of 4 months with no response from them, while they continued to charge my card.
Once threatened with a fraud report to my credit card company, their “customer service” email responded, claiming they cancelled the subscription, but refusing to refund payments. I will find out in a few weeks if they indeed cancelled the subscription.
