Scam Description:
I recently received a letter from a law firm in Canada about a life insurance policy from someone I have never met. I would have expected a call in addition to a letter if this were real. The letter just reeks of scam but I’ve never had someone reach out to me about claiming life insurance policy before. The only thing that me and the deceased have in common is our last name. I checked out the website and emailed the info@ address instead of the one in the letter to see if I get a response and I did – from Paul’s email address.
