Scam Description

Saw an ad for cute T-shirts from “Two Sisters” at good prices. Ordered several for me and as gifts on 7/25/2024. Bank account charged $34.70 by Flamfullyfasionstylis. Received email from squalern@ruistareye.com confirming the order with tracker info. It didn’t come. On 9/6, checked tracking again, and it said the order didn’t exist. I emailed them saying I didn’t receive and wanted the merch or a refund. They replied that, due to a system upgrade, the tracking link they gave me could not be used right then. But it showed the package was delivered and check if my neighbors got it or something. 9/7, I told them no, it’s not here and explained I had a similar interaction with another Chinese company that did the same thing, saying it was delivered, “re-shipped”, showed it was delivered to an address 400 miles away from me. I demanded a refund and they tried to haggle (we’ll give you 50%, how about 70%), and finally agreed on a full refund then ghosted me. Nothing. I hadn’t done anything about that but would not be so easy this time. If I did not receive merch or refund, they would be reported. I did comment on BBB at that time. They answered the same day claiming to be a responsible company and will solve the problem. Would I accept another shipment? (Sounds familiar.). 9/8 i said yes, re-send. They responded same day that they would. They emailed 9/10 that it was shipped with a tracking link that said order not found. I waited til 9/23 but received nothing. I emailed asking where my shirts were, telling them they had one more chance to do right. 9/24 they responded with pretty much the same email from the first time. Gave a new tracking link, said the package was delivered 9/21, and check with me neighbors. I do not believe they ever shipped any package and will be contacting my financial institution to see what my options are. I am now dubious of any ads I find online for companies I don’t know. Buyer beware.
