My name is ******** *********, my email is – ************************ and phone# is +********** We booked a vacation home through www.holidaykeepers.com through Shatrughan sinha who seems to be the owner of this business.
my booking ID is #****** About 2 months ago I went on a trip in a house rented from your site. I had many issues and difficulties throughout my process booking with you guys like our house being switched last minute. luckily i was able to work that out with one of your employees i greatly appricated his efforts to resolve the situation. when we got to the house i also had issues with the sespool overflowing when we arrived and smelling terrible throughout the entire trip. During my trip i had a lot of trouble getting in contact with someone from this company and i am having the same issue now. i am not here to continue to complain about the issues regarding my trip that was a long time ago and i would like to leave all the issues behind me however there is one last thing i am waiting for and that is why i keep reaching out.
when i booked the trip i payed a $500 refundable damage deposit. there was no damage left to the house from us so i have been waiting to hear back from your company on the status of my refund. when i contacted shatrugan at the start of the month he said he has to wait for the team to get back to him. over a week passed and i received no response so i reached out to shawn in the app. he told me that zelle is down and my refund can not be processed as of right now. i was very understanding about that but i am still waiting for my refund and now no one is answering me. i am fine to use venmo for my refund of pay pal anything you guys need to get refunded but no one is answering. It seems a big scam to me. we also went through this article that says they are a scamster – **********************************************
