Scam Description
I placed an order (order number 22555291) with Casetify on their website and received only 3 out of the 4 items. I contacted their customer service team and provided photo evidence of the items I received and the empty but intact wrapping boxes that they came in. They refused to admit there’s any fault on their end. They claimed that they’ve already looked into it and USPS should be responsible because the package that they shipped has the weight of all items. This is suspicious because a) no weight was indicated on the USPS website shipping page 2) they include inside packaging that are manually packed, which would increase weight and unless the person packing it can recall exactly how it’s wrapped, this weight of the total package is not valid 3) They keep calling me the wrong name throughout the communication, indicating they’ve not read my complaint well or look up my order detail.
