Scam Description
I placed an order on 8/10/24. My credit card was charged but I did not receive an email confirmation. I contacted the vendor on 9/1/24 and received an email saying they had a family emergency and were backed up. On 9/4 they confirmed that they would send it asap via first class mail, saying it usually takes them two weeks to make and ship. But on 9/20, I still had no contact. I disputed the charge but wanted to report this as it is a scam.
