Scam Description
Hello, MB is a so called business owner of Milli Cleanse LLC she uses social media to promote her products and she has been successful to sell a lot of products to the point where she misses orders like me and never sends them. She also doesn’t respond to her email which is her only form of contact that is given from the business unless you Direct message her on any social media platform she says in the tiktok comments and Instagram comments to send her direct message to Instagram would be her best form of contact which I did I never got a response l. I’ve emailed her multiple times about my order I placed in 5/16/2023 her policy says it takes up to 15 days to process your order which mine was never processed. She hasn’t responded to any emails Or apologize for not sending product I called her out on Facebook and she blocked me so she clearly knows what’s she’s doing stealing peoples money and not sending product. She shouldn’t have a business if she can’t manage all of her orders or even send emails….. it upsets me that she has done this and I don’t won’t it happening to anyone else. Or she just needs to hire someone to manage her emails and stop trying to be the CEO THE THE MARKETING TEAM CREATOR, THE SHIPPING CLERK, ACCOUNTANT/ INVENTORY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TESTER, MODEL, and the PHOTOGRAPHER because she can’t clearly do it all and she loves to show off on social media how she manages everything but diddnt send my order and at this point I’ve complained to her through email and I believe it’s intentional at this point especially since she blocked me.
