I was looking for a tiny house and found This Website brookstinyhomebuilders.com I reached out to them asking about price shipping, etc. We negotiated that I will make $1000 deposit and then make another payment of $3000 upon delivery and finance the rest They requested the deposit through PayPal Once I made a deposit they asked for another $4000 upfront and added a 1000 fee So I became suspicious and asked for Their business license and address they refused to give me any information about their business that I can verify, and they are refusing to issue a refund for the deposit
