Scam Description
I ordered from an online business that sells grass fed beef and other products (Wild Pastures). After a few days I received an email from them stating that my order would be delayed because of a power outage and they couldn’t access the freezer to keep the temperature maintained.
I received my order about 6 days later and immediately put it in my freezer. All the products were frozen when I received it. A day or two later I thawed my first package of hamburger and cooked it and it was spoiled! The business has no customer service number, I’ve sent emails but they don’t respond. Their website claims 100% guarantee but I have no way to contact them. I still have all the product except for the one package that I threw out. I just want my money back.
