Scam Description
I ordered a lamp for my children from the kollia.com website. I never heard back from them for weeks until a plastic bag showed up in the mail. The lamp was nothing like it was described online. It was significantly smaller, was missing a base that was clearly in the pictures online and appeared to be one piece, and it was shipped in nothing more than a plastic bag so the lamp was severally damaged and the USB cord was so smashed that it wouldn’t even fit in the lamp so I can’t even determine if the lamp works or not. I contacted the company numerous times and despite their refund policy online, all they ever offered me was a 30% refund and I could keep the broken lamp. I have asked numerous times for a refund and at this point have given up ever getting a dime back from them.
