Scam Description
I ordered a motorcycle battery, paid for it online. The total included a shipping cost (12.45) and taxes. I had to contact them, several times. They claim battery was delivered. I did not receive product. They refunded part of payment. Said they would resend item. They did not.
The amount itself is not large, however if done repeatedly, they keep $15 – $20 from all who try to order, that can add up. Small scale scam possibly. Improper English in communication, not sure where the ‘company’ is located.
