Scam Description

I was scammed on the afternoon of October 5 for 100$ via zelle transfer through Chase bank to a person named Phillip Hiser. I wanted to buy his concert ticket and after I transferred the money to him, he disappeared. I found out about this guy from a group chat on social media when he was putting out a concert e-ticket. After I finished transferring the money, he denied that he had received the money and wouldn’t transfer the ticket to me, and disappeared after that. I couldn’t get through to him on the phone call. Currently, his zelle account no longer exists.
