Scam Description

Placed an order with the company on 6/22/24. Order was shipped, according to company.
Order was marked as delivered, contacted them and said i never recieved. 7/15/24
They offered a 5% refund, that was received. Asked for patience. I did.
Contacted them again after some time and stilk have not recieved products. 8/1/24
Was told refund would tak 15-20 business days. That was up on 9/10/24
Last contacted them with still no resolution on 9/25/24
