Scam Description
I purchased items on the Boxhero website. When they arrived they were much smaller than the size chart on the website led me to believe. I reached out to support at the support@boxhero-us.com email to begin a return and refund but was only offered to buy another item or take a partial refund. The website clearly state a 45 money back guarantee with free shipping. This was not offered to me even when I requested. I have kept all email correspondence in case it’s needed.
