Scam Description
I sent this email to pretty little thing
“Hello I am contacting you with a very concerning issue. I made a purchase 11/12/2023 in the amount of 120.79, it said something went wrong with the payment and I tried again and ended up getting charged double for the same order. With no luck getting in contact with PLT for help I had to call my bank and get the order disputed and was provided a provisional credit. Today 11/14/2023 at 7:09 the same thing happened. I keep getting told the same thing and to provide an order number when I didn’t get an order number. My bank approved the payment. Apple Pay approved the payment. Why is this happening again? why doesn’t pretty little thing have my order ? Money was taken from my account and I have no clue on what’s going on. It’s plenty of times where I ordered from pretty little thing and I got my confirmation immediately.”
I tried to order from them again this time I paid $297.84 and the same thing happened. They have not given me a confirmation number, can’t find my order and refuse to process my refund in a timely manner. They have no efficient customer service to or a way to contact them.
