Scam Description
This business promoted across multiple reputable sites (theknot.com, weddingwire.com) and on their own site that they provided wedding hair and makeup services. I contracted with them and paid my deposit. When I tried to schedule my trial as part of my package, they refused to respond. I asked for a refund and they never responded – they essentially disappeared. I have seen since on the review sites that they are doing this to other customers as well. Essentially she takes money then disappears (her name is Christina I believe). This is a pattern of her scamming people and she needs to be shut down. I have reported her to squareup.com (payment system she used) and to my bank to try and get my money back.
