Scam Description
I order a product from ibspot Nov 1. As of Nov. 20 while typing this,
I have yet to receive a tracking number after I received confirmation of it being shipped out. I emailed a rep and they told me they need more time to thoroughly track my product. In this day and age of tech, it shouldn’t take long for a product to provide tracking after it is shipped. I demanded a refund but haven’t heard back from them. I filed a complaint with the FTC so other people will not fall prey to this fraudulant company. Please help in investigating this company.
