Scam Description
The scammer advertises one product and sends a much more inferior one. Then when you attempt to initiate a return, they offer a 10% refund that climbs with every additional complaint and refusal, until they reached 35% and called it their “maximum” — noting that returning the item will cost $20. A shipping address is provided to China (378 Chuangying Road, Yongning Block, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China).
