Scam Description
Purchased items from an ad on Facebook. The ad says that the company was Willow Tree – Sale. The receipt came up with Vikrasseth Limited, not Willow Tree. The account that I supposedly set up with Willow Tree is nonexistent and there is no order found with Willow Tree. I noticed nothing in the ordering that indicated that the items would not come from Willow Tree. Item said delivered but never received, offered to send again and the same thing happened. Numerous emails back and forth with attempts at refund. Loss of money.
