Scam Description
I purchased a cowboy hat online, using PayPal. Over a week later, I received two emails, both informing me that I hadn’t completed the transaction. I checked my account, and the money had been taken by the company Rockhatter.com.
Their emails offered me a %10 discount to complete my order! I’ve emailed them, with screenshots of my order being confirmed, and my bank account action.
This company represents as being a USA company, but they’re a Chinese company that’s Shanghai’ing folks, including me!
