Scam Description
I ordered a robot litter box for my cat but what I received was a pillow case. It came from China! I emailed the company (with a photo) showing the big mistake. They emailed me back saying if I was to receive a full refund I’d need to ship the pillow case back to them. Shipping for a 1lb item to china is over the amount of the item I paid for in the first place.
I have attached screen shots from our email exchanges and also a screen shot of their website confirming a full refund if an item isn’t as described.
