Scam Description
Although the purchase was to Keto Ripped, my credit card charge was to a 2BFit Brand PayPal account AND my personal credit card information was compromised by the company, as there were multiple fraudulent changes immediately following the on-line purchase.
The business located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 appears to be a shell company(s) for the marketing of multiple branded products of the same substance(s) (e.g Keto Ripped; 2BFit Brand). Their business practices are very suspect. When contacted to return the products, the off-shore customer service center representative initially tried to bargain with me into keeping the products for a 50% discount. Customer sevice then stated that a processing & restocking fee of $5.00 per bottle will be deducted from my refund. These terms are not spelled out on the return policy page of their website. I did eventually obtain a full refund for the returned products; however, as stated above, the payment was to a 2BFit Brand PayPal account, not Keto Ripped, my personal credit card information was compromised by the company.
