Scam Description
When I ordered a bra from this company, I was never sent an email with purchase information or tracking information which is standard operating procedure. After I received the product, the label had an address listed in Chinese and the warehouse it was sent from was not a specific business location, it seemed to be a shared warehouse. I looked at my credit card statement to find the purchase and found the purchase listed with a different name stating doing business as “KEEPWAY” and the website listed was lilybras.com, though I ordered from “woobilly.com”. The item had was in plastic and did not match the quality of the item listed on the website. I contacted the website through “lily bras” support email, and I was told after several back and forths I would get a partial refund; I told them this was not suitable as the item is deficient and they are now negotiating with me to give me a partial refund but refuse to offer a full refund instead and the process seems to be a scam.
