Scam Description
I made the order on May 20, 2024 for 2 large planters with 3 artificial plants for each planter. A payment of 64.98 was debited out of my checking account on 5/21 under the name of RH *dateartist.STOKEONTRENT
as well as an international conv fee of 0.65. On 5/23 I received an email stating it was shipped with the “tracking number”. Since then, I was excitedly checking to see when my packages would come in on the link that was sent to me. On June 8, it stated it was “delivered,In/At Mailbox”. My husband was actually mowing the front lawn at the exact time it was reported delivered. I have contacted the “service support email” and they stated it had been delivered and gave me the same tracking info I already had. I emailed them again asking what carrier was used to deliver to my home and asked for a photo to confirm delivery. I am waiting for a response…
