Scam Description

Reached out to them about selling them scrap metal. We had 44 tons of steel plates we were scrapping, I reached out to them over a phone call and they verbally gave me the price per ton which included free pick up. After our talk they emailed me a quote with the numbers we had talked about, everything looked great. My contact Tony was nice polite and punctual with sending “his” guys to pick up the metal. It took 3 days with 3 different trucks to get everything out and to their site. Tony kept up via email after this after I would email him asking for an update and when we would get paid. For about 2 weeks he kept saying they were still weighing everything and would send out the “the ticket” when everything was counted. He kept delaying longer and longer as time went on. Eventually we decided to go to 2 addresses that are stated in their website, 6493 Stanford Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90001 & 2400 E Katella ave.S 401 Anaheim CA 92806, both of these were dead ends. “The business” is not there.
