Scam Description
Our company ordered 1000 custom coasters for an upcoming event. The money was processed on 7/6/23 and the expected delivery was 7/12/23.
On 7/24/23, I called to get the status after not receiving the order. After 45 minutes, customer service was able to tell me that the order was printed but that I would have to submit an “Order Issue” form to get it preprinted and shipped.
Today, I used the chat feature to ask two separate people for updates. Both times, they disconnected.
My CEO, then called 4 times, each time he was redirected to a “Manager’s” Voicemail. He was told by customer service that only a manager could approve refunds as “all sales are final”.
