Scam Description
This item was purchased through IKYK Beauty on June 28, 2024 for 7.99 and free shipping. Then a few days later I had another charge for $49.99 from same company for a subscription. This 49.99 was not mentioned at time of 7.99 purchase and the number that was given through my bank was only a voicemail. I left several with on call back. I emailed them over 8 times trying to get a refund of the subscription amount and when they became difficult I asked for a complete refund or product and subscription since I had not received my product yet and could not track my purchase either. So finally get a email saying they would cancel the subscription and give me store credit to use on any of there other produces. NO WAY WILL I EVER USE THAT STORE CREDIT when I haven’t received my first purchase from this SCAM. LESSON LEARNED.
