Scam Description
A pet transportation airline working with an individual in Pennsylvania claims that “REFUNDABLE INSURANCE SCHEME” requires insuring a pet for $1000 and 950 is not refundable but the $1000. The first advantage here is that: The $1000 will be refunded to you upon delivery of your puppy at your home by the delivery agent, in cash or any other mode. I am only out $350 for the puppy.
