Scam Description
I saw an add for a bed for a cat. I clicked the link and the website looked legit and had several different products and had feedback and pictures of previous customers. I placed an order and paid via credit card. The card was charged immediately and I received a confirmation email. After several weeks and no update or shipping notification I emailed emailed the company, email was the only way I was given to communicate with them. After 2 weeks I received a reply stating that there were so many orders placed around the Christmas season they were heavily back ordered and they apologized. I have messaged them 2 additional times, May and July, and have heard nothing back since. My original order was placed in December and I have to this date not heard back from them or received my product.
