Scam Description
I made a purchase for my mother. It was made to look as if the item would be shipped from the United States and said that I would receive my purchase within 7 to 10 business days. When I didn’t receive anything, I looked up the costumer service and they sent me a tracking number that was shipped from Hong Kong, China. The tracking number said that my package had been delivered, but nothing was ever received. When I messaged them again, I informed them that I had still not received my order and that I had checked with my neighbors to see if maybe they had gotten my package by mistake. Their response was for me to check my mailbox and to speak with my neighbors to see if they had signed for my purchase. I wrote them saying that I had already informed them of doing so and to please refund my purchase since I never received it. They offered to only refund 55% of my purchase and said that I could purchase something similar locally. When I came to report it, there was already someone else whom had made a report about them and had the same experience that I have had.
