Scam Description
I bought a child’s ride-on toy for $42 from U Fashion International LTD. They say they sent it. Fed-ex shows a picture of an unfamiliar porch with a tiny envelope by the front door and they say it was delivered. It has been a month and nothing was delivered to my house. I opened a case with PayPal but they denied it saying: “We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.” I called FedEx and they will only help me if I give them the address to where the package was delivered. I do not know where it was delivered. I emailed the U Fashion company two times and they do not respond. I am out the money?
